Or, perhaps an NPO is in need of providing in-person or virtual professional development opportunities or on-boarding support for an executive director, major gifts officers, your nonprofit board, or leadership volunteers.
I can serve as a trusted advisor and nonprofit leadership coach as part of a larger fundraising project engagement, or offer C-suite coaching or other executive leadership training as a stand-alone service. I can serve as a strictly confidential sounding board for anyone on your team, from the chair of your not-for-profit board, to a part-time development staff member, or to your entire development team and/or nonprofit organization. Through years of nonprofit consulting experience, I’ve developed strong skills in the areas of active listening, consensus building, and compassionate objectivity – all which serve to foster an environment of trust and camaraderie in which your team can grow.
